Pamela Szelung concentrates her practice in corporate, business and commercial real estate transactions. Pamela advises clients on the appropriate legal formation for their companies and prepares all necessary documentation to evidence the formation. She also represents clients in mergers and acquisitions. Pamela represents both sellers and purchasers of various types of commercial properties such as industrial property, commercial and residential condominium buildings, and farmland. Further, Pamela provides services to landlords and tenants in lease negotiations of assorted properties including commercial office space, retail space, and shopping center out-lots.
After completing her J.D., Pamela received her LL.M. from The John Marshall Law School in International Business and Trade with a Certificate of Concentration in International Corporate and Finance Law. As a result, she is familiar with securities regulation, international real estate, joint ventures, international mergers and acquisitions, and international financing and banking law.
During law school, Pamela participated in moot court and trial advocacy competitions. She also served as the Editor-in-Chief for The John Marshall Journal of Information Technology and Privacy Law and is currently Senior Editor for The Global Markets Law Journal.
