Andy joined the firm in April 2020 to help support the already thriving real estate litigation practice at Levin Ginsburg. Andy brings with him a wealth of experience representing contractors, developers, property owners, and property managers in a wide variety of litigation matters.
Andy cut his teeth under the supervision of Stanton Schuman, a legal pioneer in the construction industry, handling a wide variety of real estate and construction matters.
He then went on to build his own firm, Kluever & Platt, a boutique law firm focusing on commercial litigation. Throughout his career, Andy has achieved success for his clients in state, federal, and appellate courts.
Andy’s greatest asset is his ability to devise the most practical solutions for clients in the most efficient and economical fashion possible, a skill that dovetails perfectly with the strength of the litigation team at Levin Ginsburg.
