Andy joined the firm in April 2020 to help support the already thriving real estate litigation practice at Levin & Ginsburg. Andy brings with him a wealth of experience representing contractors, developers, property owners and property managers in all manner of litigation. He cut his teeth under the supervision of Stanton Schuman, a legal pioneer in the Construction industry, of the Law Firm of Foss, Schuman, Drake and Barnard and then Gottlieb and Schwartz, handling a wide variety of legal matters arising from the construction ownership and development of real estate.

From there he went on to form his own firm, Kluever & Platt, There, Andy helped to build a boutique firm focusing on commercial litigation. Throughout his career, Andy achieved success for his clients in both State and Federal Courts as well as at the appellate levels.

Although a skilled trial attorney who is no stranger to the courtroom, Andy’s greatest asset is his ability to analyze and map out the most practical solution to a client’s particular problem in the most economical fashion possible, a skill that dovetails perfectly with the strength of the litigation team at Levin Ginsburg.
