LEVIN GINSBURG is pleased to announce that Howard L. Teplinsky and Katherine A. Grosh have joined the firm as Partners in its Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Teplinsky is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School, with distinction, The Order of John Marshall (J.D., 1988) and Columbia College (B.A., Communications, 1983). Ms. Grosh is a graduate of the University of Illinois (J.D., 2002) and the University of Michigan, with distinction, (B.A., Psychology, 1999).
Mr. Teplinsky has been a trial lawyer for over 25 years, and represents and counsels Fortune 500 companies as well as privately-held businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial disputes. Howard represents a wide range of commercial clients including real estate developers, national franchisers, lenders, employers, contractors, insurance companies and equipment leasing companies in disputes in state and federal courts at both trial and appellate court levels.
Ms. Grosh has over 14 years of experience in a broad range of complex business litigation and appellate matters in both state and federal courts. Katherine’s representative engagements include breach of contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims, professional malpractice claims, real estate disputes, actions to enforce arbitrations, insurance coverage disputes, broker liability claims, as well as anti-trust and RICO claims.
